Head of Marketing (CMO / Head of Marketing / B2C / B2B)
If you are a marketer who knows not only how to set up advertising but also how to think like a business — read on. We need someone who knows how to build a system and be responsible for the result. About the Partner
Our partner is a premium tour operator with an 8-year history, specializing in "turnkey" travel arrangements to France, Japan, China, Australia, and other destinations. The company operates in the B2C segment, providing a full range of services: visas, flights, hotels, transfers, excursions, concierge service — all in one place.
The company is currently scaling rapidly: an office is opening in Moscow, new destinations and a partner network with travel agents are being launched.

Your Tasks
- Team management: designer, media buyer, SEO specialist, SMM specialist
- Engaging contractors as needed
- Lead generation management: advertising channels, cost per acquisition, lead plan achievement
- Analytics and dashboards: key metrics, unit economics, plan/actual
- CRM marketing: segments, triggers, working with the database and stale leads
- Content strategy and working with the founder's brand
- Implementation of AI tools and process automation
- Working in conjunction with the Head of Sales: marketing and sales as a unified system
We are looking for someone who
- Has at least 3 years of marketing experience, including at least 1 year with managerial responsibility
- Knows how to work with numbers: dashboards, unit economics, Excel
- Has managed a team and contractors, knows how to achieve results, not just monitor the process
- Understands performance marketing: knows how channels work, how to calculate return on investment
- Uses AI in their work right now, not planning to start
- Is responsible for business results, not for task completion
Experience in tourism is not required. We value systematic thinking and the ability to quickly immerse yourself in a new niche more. Experience in related fields is welcomed: EdTech, events, MICE, premium services.

- Schedule: 5/2, Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 MSK
- Salary and KPI will be discussed with the successful candidate during the interview with the manager
