Digital agency Reliz is looking for a Marketing Director who can build a client acquisition system, assemble a team, and develop marketing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Client acquisition: increasing project profit, sales, and the number of leads.
- Developing and implementing effective marketing funnels for marketing agencies.
- Analyzing the market, testing new client acquisition approaches and channels.
- Conducting Zoom meetings with business owners, presenting tasks, and proposing development strategies.
- Participating in the development of marketing strategy and overseeing its implementation.
Forming and strengthening the project team:
- Recruiting and hiring a sales manager.
- Recruiting and hiring a service manager.
- Onboarding and assigning tasks to employees.
Candidate Expectations:
- Experience in client acquisition for a marketing agency or B2B projects.
- Case studies in building a marketing or sales department.
- Proven results in numbers (growth in leads, revenue, ROMI, etc.).
- Understanding of modern marketing tools and effective approaches.
- Understanding of current lead generation channels and the ability to quickly adapt to market changes.
- Strategic thinking skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in hiring, building, and managing a team.
- Excellent communication skills and confident online negotiation.
- High level of independence and responsibility for results.
Conditions:
- Compensation: from 200,000 RUB (high base salary + bonuses).
