We are in the process of active scaling and are building a modern Revenue Engine where marketing, sales, product, and customer service work as a unified system focused on revenue growth.

Who we are looking for

We need a strong Strategic Marketing Director / CMO who knows how to build a demand generation system, manage marketing through business metrics, and create a predictable pipeline for sales.

This is a leader who is equally comfortable speaking with the CEO, CRO, product team, and sales department, makes data-driven decisions, and is responsible for marketing's impact on revenue.

Main tasks

✔️ Building a modern Demand Generation and Revenue Marketing system. ✔️ Developing a unified marketing strategy for sales growth. ✔️ Developing the full customer acquisition cycle: from demand generation to influencing deal closure. ✔️ Developing product marketing and company positioning. ✔️ Collaborating with the CRO on the efficiency of the entire commercial funnel. ✔️ Developing marketing for the existing client base:

• reactivation;
• upsell;
• cross-sell;
• increasing product usage. ✔️ Creating a system for content marketing, webinars, case studies, partnership programs, and email communications. ✔️ Managing the marketing team, developing the SDR function. ✔️ Building transparent analytics across the entire sales funnel.

What is important to us

• 5+ years in marketing.
• At least 3–5 years in B2B SaaS, IT, or complex digital products.
• Experience with the Sales-Assisted Sales model.
• Practical experience in building Demand Generation.

Professional expertise

You know how to:

• manage the entire funnel: Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Deal;
• work with metrics: Pipeline; CAC; LTV; MRR; Win Rate; Conversion Rate; Sales Velocity;
• launch upsell, cross-sell, and client reactivation programs;
• create strong Product Marketing and customer case studies;
• set up automated marketing communications through CRM;
• build marketing analytics and management dashboards;
• present results to management and defend decisions with data.
