About the team
We help people find suitable jobs, and companies — hire staff and find candidates faster. To do this, we develop chatbots, check employer reliability, monitor vacancy information, share analytics, and support the HR community.
Our goal is to develop Avito Work as a service for solving work-related tasks: from finding the first summer job to automating communication between employees and managers.
What tasks await you:
- implement the marketing strategy for the direction and develop communication plans;
- lead go-to-market strategies for B2B products for employers;
- research and segment the target audience, identify its key drivers and barriers, form value propositions;
- analyze the market, competitors, and trends, find growth points for the product and business;
- decompose business tasks into marketing initiatives, develop and test hypotheses;
- build goal-setting, conduct marketing analytics, and evaluate the impact of activities on business metrics;
- build cross-functional working groups and coordinate work with adjacent teams;
- plan and manage the marketing budget.
We expect you to:
- have at least 3 years of experience in product marketing for complex B2B products;
- be able to independently define the scope of tasks, find growth points, and bring projects to completion;
- have managed cross-functional teams and confidently lead projects;
- be able to set goals and evaluate results in marketing and business metrics;
- have experience with digital and CRM marketing, events, and brand advertising campaigns;
- understand marketing and product analytics;
- have an English language proficiency of Upper-Intermediate or higher.
