About the Team
Avito Travel helps users book accommodation for trips around Russia: apartments, rooms, houses, and hotels.
The team develops the product in the short-term rental market, works with different audience segments, forms value propositions, and helps users find suitable accommodation options for travel.
What tasks await you:
- Implement the marketing strategy for the direction;
- Work with selected target audience segments, form a value proposition and promotion strategy;
- Manage a cross-functional team and form working groups to achieve business goals of the vertical;
- Decompose business tasks into marketing activities and interact with adjacent areas in the marketing team;
- Maintain marketing reporting and analytics, find connections with business metrics;
- Analyze the market and competitors, as well as identify key trends;
- Find growth points in current plans and enhance the impact of marketing activities on business.
We expect you to:
- Have experience in project management and managing a cross-functional team;
- Have worked in product marketing for more than 3 years;
- Have experience in developing and implementing a marketing strategy;
- Have set up goal setting and tracked results in marketing and business metrics;
- Have worked with digital marketing channels, SEO, and CPA;
- Understand the principles of unit economics calculation;
- Have a command of English at the Upper-Intermediate level.
