IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Develop and implement a strategy for the development of product categories
- Conduct market analysis and consumer research
- Launch new products from idea to menu inclusion
- Control the full product launch cycle: from sales plan and pricing to performance evaluation after launch
- Analyze competitors and sales data to suggest improvements in the menu structure
- Actively interact with colleagues from different departments
- Participate in cross-functional projects and support colleagues in related categories
IT IS IMPORTANT FOR US THAT YOU:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in HoReCa
- Understand the full product management cycle from development to post-launch analysis
- Know how to work with data, conduct market and competitor analysis
- Possess strategic thinking and see not only the task but also its goal and business context
- Have experience writing briefs for research and creative materials
- Easily find common ground with different teams and are ready to take leadership in projects
- Know how to structure information and defend your position with arguments
