Product Manager at the multi-industry holding AlfiGroup

The multi-industry holding AlfiGroup is looking for a Product Manager for the LINNIMAX RUS team – a major manufacturer in the Russian paint and coatings market with many years of expertise.

Alfi Group is a multi-industry holding that unites a network of leading enterprises in Russia's construction industry, sanitary ceramics and bathroom furniture, and paint and coatings. Over 18 years in the market, 19 production enterprises, and more than 7,000 professionals in the team.

Responsibilities:

• Creation and launch of new products
• Development of products/product category "Interior Materials" as a whole
• Achievement of target indicators (profitability, sales volume)
• Leading projects for product launches, changes in cost/USP, and other projects
• Interaction with RDI, sales, academy, procurement, technical, and trade marketing departments
• Market analysis, benchmarking, positioning
• Price calculation
• Conducting training sessions
• Preparing presentations

Requirements:

• Experience in the construction materials industry
• Fast learning ability (working on different projects/with different products)
• Project leadership experience
• Experience in cross-functional interaction, especially with the sales department
• Experience conducting training sessions, presentations, webinars
• Experience communicating with clients/partners
