This is a new vacancy; previously, the product function was under Brand Directors. Direct work with the business owner, CEO -1 level vacancy. We have one company and 3 brands. Our products are sold both in the Russian Federation and on the international market.

Why are we separating this into a distinct function? Because our strategy is to grow at least 30% every year, and it will be difficult to achieve this without a separate product function.

▪️ We are completely transparent and official; the company has been in the market for 18 years. ▪️ Modern, reasonable owner. ▪️ Terms include salary + annual bonus (to be discussed individually). ▪️ We are located in the center of TD "Mokhovaya" on Vozdvizhenka. ▪️ Office, flexible start to the workday, hybrid work possible after three months.

Experience in non-food consumer goods is critical for us. If you have worked at Yandex, it will be an additional advantage.

Tasks to start with the Product Director: ✔️ Conduct an audit of the current product management process. ✔️ Build a complete product management system in the company - from idea, product strategy through R&D to product creation and product lifecycle management. ✔️ Form your own team. ✔️ Manage the product's P&L in conjunction with marketing and sales.
