Product Director

📍 Location: Moscow, Park Kultury metro station

We are looking for a Product Director who will become the architect of the company's product strategy and build a product function virtually from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of the company's long-term product strategy. • Formation and development of a modern product portfolio. • Building a product lifecycle management system (Product Lifecycle Management). • Definition of the company's product core and formation of a development roadmap. • Management of product category economics: profitability, assortment, investments, inventory. • Making decisions on launching new products, developing successful solutions, and phasing out ineffective ones. • Analysis of the market, competitive environment, customer needs, and technological trends. • Development of complex engineering solutions and systematic product offerings. • Building a strong product team and implementing unified decision-making processes. • Effective interaction with the commercial department, procurement, finance, production, quality, and technical experts.

We expect

✔ Successful experience in managing a portfolio of complex B2B products. ✔ Mandatory knowledge of the structured cabling systems (SCS) market. ✔ Experience in developing and implementing a product or category strategy. ✔ Understanding of product economics, assortment management, and product lifecycle. ✔ Practical experience in launching new products to the market and optimizing the existing portfolio. ✔ Experience in forming and developing product teams. ✔ Successful experience in managing cross-functional projects and business process transformation. ✔ Strategic thinking, leadership qualities, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Will be an advantage

Experience with engineering products, telecommunications infrastructure, electrical equipment, industrial components, or other technically complex B2B solutions.
