We are looking for a Head of New Product Launch and Development
What you will do:
- Develop a roadmap for launches for the year/quarter, taking into account the market, priorities, and resources
- Manage the full cycle of new product launches: from idea to market entry
- Monitor all stages of the NPD process and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage risks and coordinate cross-functional processes
- Formulate P&L, work with cost of goods sold and pricing
- Participate in assortment management and analyze launch results
- Work on improving the product, packaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Liaise with sales, marketing, logistics, and other teams
- Manage a team of product managers: set goals, assign roles, and monitor work
- Conduct regular meetings, develop processes, and oversee delegation
Requirements:
- Practical experience in launching products in food categories (drinks, dairy products, snacks, etc.)
- Understanding of the full NPD process cycle
- Experience in team management and cross-functional interaction
- Ability to build processes and manage multiple launches simultaneously
- Experience with P&L, cost of goods sold, and product analytics
- Understanding of the market, product, and commercial effectiveness of launches
- Developed management and communication skills
- Systemic approach, independence, and a high level of responsibility
