Product Manager (RTN) RusClimate

RusClimate is the leader of the Russian climate market. TOP 10 in the world. Currently, we are looking for a Product Manager | Head of Product Line for chillers.

Tasks to be solved: – Development and implementation of strategy; – Formation of a brand product portfolio and creation of a competitive offering for equipment; – Building sales, expenses, and marketing budgets; – Systematic market analysis, development of sales geography; – Conducting negotiations with suppliers and partners; – Developing seasonal plans for marketing and advertising activities, controlling their execution, operational correction of media plans, and analyzing effectiveness.

You are a good fit for us if you have: – Relevant experience as a product manager / head of a product line for 3+ years; – Higher education; – Skills in managing the full cycle: from procurement and budgeting to launching advertising campaigns; – Ability to negotiate with suppliers and secure favorable terms.
