Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of marketing strategy for the brand and product lines.
• Increasing brand presence
• Assortment and pricing management: analytics, profitability, positioning.
• New Product Development (NPD): from idea to shelf placement.
• Development of trade and brand marketing across all B2B/B2C channels.
• Marketing and advertising team development.
• Interaction with the commercial department, R&D, and production to ensure synchronized product launches.
• Marketing budget management and investment effectiveness evaluation (ROI, profitability, market share).

Requirements:

• Experience in leading a marketing department/function in FMCG, specifically in the meat or food industry.
• Practical experience in launching new products and promoting federal-level brands.
• Systems thinking, understanding of business analytics and product economics.
• Skills in building interaction between marketing, sales, and production.
• Ability to manage a team, formulate strategy, and achieve concrete results.
