We are looking for a Marketing Director (CMO)

We are Meskoholik – a beauty brand in active scaling stage and we invite you to the role of strategic partner to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of marketing strategy
• Management of product portfolio and launch of new products
• Development of omnichannel: marketplaces, offline channels, digital communications
• Building and managing the team, marketing P&L
• Interaction with key stakeholders

We expect from you:

• Marketing experience of 7+ years.
• At least 3 years as a Marketing Director.
• Work experience in companies with revenue over 1.5 billion rubles per year.
• Marketing budget management experience of over 300 million rubles.
• Practical experience in FMCG, DTC, beauty, personal care, or fashion.
• Strong expertise in both brand and performance marketing.
• Team management experience of 10+ people.
• Successful experience in building or transforming the marketing function.
• Experience with marketplaces as a significant sales channel will be an advantage.
• Experience launching products into federal drogerie chains will be an advantage.
