CMO/Marketing Director with a relevant MBA
(Manufacturing company, construction and finishing materials)
Responsible for the Group's marketing and product strategy, revenue and margin targets, brand positioning, and product launches from concept to shelf.
Tasks:
- Anti-crisis market analytics: demand, market size, competitors, substitute products, macroeconomic impact.
- Identifying growth opportunities in products, segments, and channels, adjusting product and pricing policies for P&L impact.
- Rebuilding the approach to target niches and product strategy considering company constraints and opportunities.
- Managing new and revamped product launches, marketing support for distributors and key clients.
- Implementing non-trivial solutions: new channels, formats, product bundles, and partnerships with measurable financial impact.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in strategic and product marketing management in manufacturing companies (construction, finishing materials, plumbing, components. Anything sold through DIY channels, project sales (to construction), distributors), that have gone through crises or significant market changes.
- A strong analyst with business acumen and a portfolio of projects demonstrating contributions to revenue, profitability, and market share.
- A manager who can build a team for change and defend their decisions to top management.
