We are looking for a strong Marketing Director who can not only manage the existing marketing system but also find new, unconventional ways to develop the brand, enhance its recognition, and ensure sustainable commercial results.

Main task:

To build an independent, effective marketing system that drives business growth, brand recognition, and brand value through diverse promotion channels.

Today, one of CERCA TROVA's key recognition drivers is original content created with the direct involvement of the owner. This area will retain independent management.

The Marketing Director's task is to develop all other marketing tools, enhance their effectiveness, create new growth points, and gradually reduce the reliance of promotion results on a single channel.

What you will be doing:

1. Brand Strategy and Development

Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with the business's commercial goals.
Enhance CERCA TROVA's positioning and recognition in the premium segment.
Identify unconventional promotion tools and new growth opportunities.
Ensure consistency of marketing activities across all sales channels.

2. PR, Partnerships, and Collaborations

Initiate and execute strong collaborations with brands, opinion leaders, communities, and partners.
Develop the PR function, ensuring brand presence in relevant media and professional circles.
Organize image-building events, special projects, and partnership activities.
Create unconventional news hooks capable of attracting the target audience's attention.
Evaluate not only the media impact but also the commercial results of initiatives.

3. Marketing Infrastructure Management

Ensure the effective operation of existing marketing channels, tools, and processes.
Manage digital marketing, advertising campaigns, CRM, loyalty programs, and customer communications.
Develop marketing support for the retail network and online store.
Build interaction between marketing and retail, e-commerce, the product team, and other departments.
Improve the efficiency of existing processes, implement necessary automation and analytics tools.

4. Team and Result Management

Lead the marketing team, set priorities, and ensure task completion.
Manage the budget, evaluate the effectiveness of investments, and reallocate resources to the most productive tools.
Establish a transparent KPI system and management reporting.
Independently make decisions within your area of responsibility and achieve measurable results for initiatives.

Possesses systematic management thinking, knows how to build processes, and develop a team.
Is capable of independently generating initiatives, defending their decisions, and taking responsibility for their implementation.

Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, hospitality, and other industries with a strong emotional brand component will be an advantage. However, the scale of thinking and real achievements are more important to us than the industry.
