Due to an increase in business volume and expansion of the marketing department, we are looking for a Marketing Director.

Responsibilities:

• Development and defense of the marketing strategy to achieve company goals
• Approval and execution of annual budgets: offline/online advertising, exhibitions, POS materials, trade equipment, photo and video content, marketing research, etc.
• Management of a marketing department of 20+ people
• Development of company brands, increasing brand awareness and capitalization
• Development, execution, and evaluation of offline/online advertising campaign results
• Strategic management of internet marketing
• Organization of trade marketing: development of a calendar of local and federal promotions in collaboration with the sales department, execution of promotions according to the calendar, calculation of promotion effectiveness
• Marketing and advertising support for all sales channels
• Participation in the development and enhancement of mobile applications for product promotion and campaign implementation
• Marketing research of the market, competitors, and price segments

Requirements:

• Higher education in marketing, advertising, or management
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a large trading company
• Experience managing a marketing department consisting of 4-6 functional teams
• Knowledge of tools for increasing brand awareness and capitalization
• Skills in building analytical systems in marketing
• Strategic thinking, planning horizon of 3+ years
• Continuous professional training and development
• Purposefulness, ability to argue one's position based on results and business metrics, desire to grow with the team
