At this position, you will:
- Manage the team: trade marketing, partner channels, advertising placement;
- Formulate and implement a trade marketing management strategy;
- Develop and implement a TM plan;
- Plan advertising campaigns;
- Organize marketing support for own brands;
- Analyze the effectiveness metrics of marketing activities and adjust actions according to the results;
- Budgeting, implementation, and control of marketing budget expenditures;
- Analyze market trends and competitor actions;
- Interact with cross-functional teams;
- Achieve goals for key performance indicators of trade marketing and promotion groups.
Our expectations:
- Higher education;
- Experience in large retail is mandatory;
- Relevant work experience of 5 years or more;
- Team management experience of 6 or more people;
- Understanding of channel structures: trade marketing, partner channels, advertising placement;
- Practical experience in developing and implementing a marketing strategy and plan;
- Proficiency in the basics of marketing analytics and reporting, ability to form conclusions for business;
- Independence in decision-making, responsibility;
- Ability to negotiate and defend marketing decisions with data.
