Head of Trade Marketing Team

Key Assortment of "Eksmo":

• organization of assortment presentations with reactions: in-person – "Chitai-gorod", "MDK", "Moskva", "Respublika", "Molodaya Gvardiya"; Online (webinars "Eksmo", TgEksmo_GUID) through popularization and promotion of communication channels
• agreement with "Chitai-gorod" on a focus assortment and control of sales/placement execution
• execution of monthly Merchandising Plan standards for assortment presentation in key retail outlets
• development and implementation of promotional visual merchandising standards in key retail outlets for TOP authors of "Eksmo"
• control of reporting receipt on the principle of "quality and on time"

Event :

• coordination of event activities initiated by Eksmo Editorial Boards: announcement control, placement control, reporting
• initiation, together with retail partners, of thematic local events, organization, results.

Eksmo Marketing Promotion Calendar:

• ensuring coverage of implementation in accordance with the promotional coverage base
• adaptation of federal promotions and development of local mechanics upon request of key clients

Marketing Function Effectiveness:

• planning and implementation of a local loop with effectiveness analysis
• quarterly assessment of the effectiveness of the entrusted marketing loop in accordance with the KPI system
• Team Management and professional development of employees: recruitment, onboarding, and adaptation of department employees
• management of the motivation and bonus system: communications, approval, and budgeting
• development of marketing and merchandising KPIs

formation and control of the vacation schedule.

• Budgeting and expense control. Requirements:
• Experience in marketing and sales for at least 3 years.
• Ability to negotiate and build long-term relationships with partners.
• Analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Creativity and ability to generate new ideas.
• Leadership qualities and ability to manage a team.
• Proficiency in MS Excel ( VLOOKUP , Pivot Tables ) , MS PowerPoint, GDoc, AI.
• Proficiency in fluent speech and written communication.
• Proactiveness and dynamism in work.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
