Your responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of a marketing strategy for the promotion of injectable products in the field of aesthetic medicine
• Marketing team management: task setting, development, motivation
• Analysis of the market, competitive environment, and target audience, search for new growth points
• Marketing budget planning and control
• Organization and execution of advertising campaigns, participation in industry exhibitions, conferences, and events
• Interaction with the sales department, medical experts, external contractors
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing activities, preparation of reports for management
• Implementation of new digital tools and modern promotion channels

Our expectations:

• Marketing experience of 3+ years, preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical, or beauty industry
• Practical experience in team management and successful implementation of marketing projects
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, PR, and event marketing tools
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills, ability to work with large volumes of information
• Fluent oral and written communication, presentation skills
• Higher education (pharmacy, marketing, management, economics, or related fields)
• Initiative, independence, results-orientation
