We are VideoMax, a manufacturing IT company. For over 20 years, we have been making video servers and are experts in the video surveillance market. We operate in the B2B sector; our clients are companies that design, supply, and install video surveillance, alarm, and access control systems.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Director who can build a systematic marketing approach for a complex product with a long sales cycle.

We value stability, transparency, security, and a systematic approach. Currently, we have an internet marketer on the team, and we plan to expand the team further with the new lead.

What you will do:

• Develop a marketing strategy, plans, and budget.
• Form a marketing team, establish and automate processes.
• Implement a system of marketing metrics and analytics to assess marketing's contribution to sales.
• Develop lead generation, website, and CRM marketing, test channels and hypotheses.
• Organize the creation of expert content, PR, and industry events.
• Build collaboration with sales and product management: from attracting and nurturing clients to supporting deals.

You are a good fit for this role if:

• You have experience in marketing management in B2B (especially interested in experience with complex technical products and long sales cycles).
• You can share practical case studies from your own experience where analytics and marketing decisions led to measurable results.
• You have knowledge of lead generation tools, CRM marketing, web analytics, and end-to-end analytics.
• You have experience managing a team, contractors, and budgets.
• You know how to build processes, justify decisions, and negotiate with related departments.
• You possess strategic and systematic thinking, and communication is your strong suit.
