Modniy Gorod is a chain of affordable fashion stores: new items, stock, and second-hand in one space. We have been operating for over 12 years, developing 19+ stores, and uniting a team of 200+ employees.

We are currently looking for a Head of Marketing Department to take responsibility for the development of the company's marketing function and help build a cohesive system: from brand strategy and positioning to attracting, retaining, and re-engaging customers.

Experience specifically in fashion retail and an understanding of the specifics of a retail chain are fundamentally important to us.

Responsibilities:

• develop the company's marketing strategy and be responsible for its implementation;
• develop the brand, its positioning, and unified customer communication standards;
• form the marketing calendar and coordinate activities in retail, SMM, digital, and CRM;
• develop the brand's social media: define goals, KPIs, content strategy, and assess their impact on traffic and sales;
• develop the digital direction and analyze the effectiveness of customer acquisition channels;
• build CRM marketing: customer base segmentation, automated communications, customer reactivation, increasing the frequency and share of repeat purchases;
• analyze the customer journey from the first contact with the brand to purchase and subsequent customer return;
• develop loyalty programs and personalized communication mechanics;
• manage the marketing budget and evaluate the effectiveness of investments;
• form a marketing analytics and KPI system: traffic, conversion, acquisition cost, average check, customer base, repeat purchases, ROMI, and other indicators;
• analyze the market, competitors, and new marketing tools;
• interact with retail and other company departments;
• develop the marketing function and participate in team formation. In the future, it is planned to strengthen the direction with a dedicated CRM marketer.

What is important to us:

• mandatory work experience in fashion retail on the brand or retail chain side;
• experience in managing a marketing department and independently developing a marketing strategy;
• successful experience in implementing a marketing strategy, not just developing it;
• practical experience in developing brand social media;
• solid understanding of digital marketing and key customer acquisition channels;
• deep expertise in CRM marketing: working with customer databases, segmentation, retention, reactivation, and repeat purchases;
• good understanding of the marketing funnel and customer journey;
• confident command of marketing metrics and the ability to make data-driven decisions;
• experience in budgeting and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities;
• systematic approach, independence, and the ability to bring strategic initiatives to functioning processes and measurable results.

Work format:

• primarily remote format;
• periodic team meetings in a coworking space;
• store visits - approximately once a month;
• no regular regional business trips;
• reporting to the Commercial Director;
• probationary period - 3 months.
