Head of Marketing

GRENKOVЪ Company is a Russian producer of crouton products: croutons, snacks, breadcrumbs, and mixes. One of the leading suppliers of crouton products for restaurants (HoReCa), production (B2B), retail chains in Russia and CIS countries.

For 17 years, we have been intensively increasing our production capacity, gaining momentum in the production and introduction of our own products to the Russian market. Our production is equipped with modern machines and advanced peripheral equipment.

Due to expansion, we invite the Head of Marketing to cooperate.

Responsibilities for the first 90 days:

• 0–30 days: business audit (sales, assortment, profitability, clients, channels);
• 30–60 days: market audit (competitors, prices, packaging, trends, segments);
• 60–90 days: strategy and marketing plan for 6–12 months with project economics.
• Building marketing from scratch.

Our expectations:

• experience in FMCG / Food / Snacks / Retail at a managerial level;
• successful case in building marketing from scratch, not just managing an existing department;
• worked with assortment, SKU, profitability, prices, and sales channels;
• launched new products and calculated project economics;
• experience in B2B, B2C, HoReCa, private label.

Who is not a good fit: candidates whose main competence is social media, advertising, content, digital.

Conditions:

• Work schedule: 5/2 from 09:00 to 18:00
• Possibility of a hybrid work schedule
• Official registration under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
• Salary is discussed with the successful candidate at the interview.
• Work in a comfortable company office (tea, coffee, etc.), office within walking distance of the Domodedovo/Leninskaya railway station/ or free guarded parking on the territory near the office.
