Responsibilities:
- Development of sales promotion mechanics for a specific brand and category;
- Price offers, bundle products, loyalty programs;
- Adaptation of mechanics for network formats and channels;
- Analysis of sales dynamics and diagnosis of deviation causes;
- Development of a corrective action plan;
- Control of implementation and evaluation of intervention effectiveness;
- Calculation of contributions and preparation of investment proposals;
- Conducting negotiations with suppliers on co-funding;
- Initiation of conditions закрепление in contracts and control of execution
- Calendar planning of promotions for the year/quarter, agreement with networks;
- Coordination of launch with retail chains;
- Packaging of promo offers into a justified story;
- Preparation of presentations and financial justifications;
- Prioritization and operational processing of ad hoc requests.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Management of promo campaigns, analysis of effectiveness and profitability before and after promo.
- Knowledge of category management and merchandising;
- Management of POS materials (POSM);
- Market analytics and competitive intelligence;
- Sales Forecasting;
- Advanced Excel and database work;
- Knowledge of retail specifics (FMCG / B2B);
- Negotiation with key clients;
- Financial modeling of promos and ROI calculation;
- Experience with co-funding and supplier marketing budgets;
- Reaction speed and adaptation of promo mechanics;
- Presentation skills for defending promo plans;
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced level), Power BI/Tableau, CRM systems; experience with Nielsen/IRI sales data/internal BI;
- Communication skills, diplomacy, stress resistance, adaptability, observation, empathy, proactivity, structure, and time management.
