Responsibilities:
- Management Analytics and Business Planning:
- Data collection, consolidation, and reconciliation in OLAP; preparation of regular sales reports and key commercial indicators;
- Extraction, maintenance, and plan-vs-actual analysis of the business plan: retail turnover, volume, price, margin, discounts, identification of reasons for deviations;
- Preparation of regular management reports and analytical comments for management;
- Analytical Support for Commercial Investments and Decisions:
- Analysis of price, discount depth, margin, and promotion effectiveness; plan-vs-actual and post-promo analysis together with the trade marketer;
- Plan-vs-actual analysis of distribution, assortment, and key KPIs by channel; data preparation for sales and category management;
- Support for calculating target price lists, price corridors, and scenario analysis of price and discount changes;
- Analysis of the effectiveness of trade marketing costs and commercial investments, creating a database for ROI assessment;
- Preparation of ad hoc analytics, forecasts, and dashboards for decisions on assortment, clients, channels, and private label projects.
Requirements:
- Higher education: Economics, Finance, Mathematics. Additional training in BI, data analytics, or marketing - as an advantage;
- From 2 years of experience in sales analytics, commercial, or marketing analytics;
- Excel — advanced level; 1C, OLAP / BI, PowerPoint — mandatory. Ability to collect, reconcile, and process large datasets;
- Power BI / Qlik, SQL - skills in report automation and dashboard creation — desirable;
- Experience in FMCG / food, support for business planning, plan-vs-actual analysis, pricing, promotions, or category management — desirable;
- Analytical thinking, accuracy, and initiative: data collection and verification, identification of reasons for deviation, formation of conclusions for the business.
