We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our team

Main Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Marketing Director, providing analytical and informational support to the marketing department in Russia (80%) and Eastern Europe region (20%);
- Analysis of the product portfolio and company innovations, including ABCD;
- Maintaining regular reporting on key market development indicators based on retail audit data and other available sources;
- Preparation of strategic and analytical presentations (macroeconomics, market trends);
- Management, analysis, and control of the marketing budget;
- Support for the marketing department in sales planning for new products and national promotional activities;
- Technical support for the long-term and medium-term planning process;
- Technical support for the price monitoring process.
Our Expectations:
- At least 3 years of experience in data analytics;
- Conversational English (B2 level or higher);
- Experience using and analyzing retail audit data (Nielsen, Ntech, IQVIA);
- Knowledge of PowerPivot;
- Advanced Excel skills - pivot tables, complex formulas (VLOOKUP, nested IF, MATCH, etc.), macros;
- Desirable: understanding of P&L structure, use of state statistics, dashboard creation in BI systems, knowledge of PowerQuery and DAX, AI skill for automation;
- Initiative, independence, attention to detail;
- Strategic thinking.
