Responsibilities:
- Analysis of target audience needs.
- Collection, structuring, and analysis of data (external and internal).
- Identification of discrepancies between product parameters, customer requirements, and product preferences, and timely informing relevant departments for product adjustment and imparting new consumer properties.
- Monitoring the product's position in the market (product sales performance, demand for it), analysis of consumer attitudes and interest towards the product.
- Conducting regular company-wide research.
- Monitoring competitor activity. Analysis and informing relevant departments.
- Marketing analysis of the product range (by segments, by product groups).
- Development and maintenance of a database on market conditions. Monitoring market trends (by products, prices, production methods, positioning, etc.).
- Working with managers and clients (training, workshops, consultations, presentations) at the head office and company branches.
- Monitoring publications about the company. Responding to critical comments addressed to the company.
- Organization and execution of various marketing events (advertising campaigns, presentations, industry seminars, conferences).
- Maintaining and expanding business relationships that contribute to the promotion of the company's services and the expansion of the client base.
- Preparing reports for management.
- Business trips up to 20% per month.
Requirements:
- From 3 years of experience in the field (preferably in the auto business in trading companies).
- Experience in creating and conducting surveys, questionnaires, competitor monitoring, etc.
- Experience in analytical research necessary for launching and implementing new products, as well as improving existing products.
- Experience in organizing marketing events.
- Knowledge of pricing methods and sales volume planning.
- Skills in conducting ABC analysis.
- Confident use of ChatGPT/Claude/YandexGPT for data analysis, hypothesis generation, report preparation.
- Skills in working with neural networks for processing texts and tables (e.g., automatic product categorization, review summarization).
- Ability to form prompts for solving business tasks.
- Proficiency in techniques and methods of public speaking.
- Ability to conduct interesting and effective presentations.
- Experience in independently preparing presentations and conducting training for company employees and clients.
- Good knowledge of MSOffice, 1C.
