What tasks await you
- Lead research projects of any level, including strategic ones: simple ad-hoc research — concept tests, naming tests, KANO, BLS — and medium-complexity surveys (price elasticity tests, CJM, Conjoint, TURF, segmentation, positioning, market research).
- Independently manage the process of working with internal stakeholders: clear briefing, specific methodology proposal, timely updates on all stages, adherence to deadlines.
- Provide analytical conclusions based on research results, conduct presentations with key analytical conclusions for the stakeholder.
- Conduct workshops/brainstorms to launch research or implement research results into the business.
- Act as a research expert for the Avito for Business 360 category.
- Participate in document writing, propose research, be responsible for the entire research block in the strategy.
- Define tasks autonomously within your level.
We expect you to have
- At least 4 years of research experience (Senior Manager/Manager/Project Lead in marketing research, Senior/Lead research manager).
- Possess a confident approach in choosing research methodology and design, data analysis, and interpretation.
- Have a high level of stakeholder management, be able to communicate research results even to a complex audience, defend your position.
- Use AI tools in your work (will be a plus).
