We are looking for a Lead Researcher for the direction, who will independently manage projects for three products from task definition and methodology selection to analysis of results and discussion of product solutions. - Design multi-stage research, define the logic of stages, key branching points, and quality control points.
- Manage research risks: assess the validity of the approach, limitations, potential biases, cost of error, and trade-offs between quality, deadlines, and resources.
- Coordinate research projects involving multiple teams, contractors, or external performers.
- Prepare strategic conclusions and recommendations for product, marketing, and business teams, taking into account risks, limitations, and the level of confidence in the results.
- Develop research standards, templates, checklists, and practices that improve the quality and reproducibility of research solutions.
- Document research results, methodological decisions, and reusable materials in the research knowledge base.
- Support and foster a data-based decision-making culture within the vertical.
- By agreement, conduct reviews of colleagues' research artifacts: task definitions, research designs, guides, analytical conclusions, presentations, and final materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product research, including at least 2 years in a research agency (experience as a researcher in Travel Tech companies will be an advantage).
- Proficient in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed research approaches, able to combine methods considering research goals, limitations, level of uncertainty, and potential cost of error.
- Able to design multi-stage research for strategically significant and high-risk tasks.
- Able to ensure the validity of the research approach, transparency of limitations, and reliability of conclusions in conditions of high uncertainty.
- Possesses strong analytical synthesis skills: ability to combine data from different sources, identify key patterns, formulate conclusions, recommendations, and next steps.
- Possesses structured presentation skills: ability to clearly present the research logic, limitations, level of confidence in conclusions, and the practical significance of results for product and business decisions.
- Able to enrich research conclusions with data from adjacent sources if it enhances the reliability, depth, and practical value of the results.

- Voluntary medical insurance from the first working day (including dental, hospitalization, and travel insurance outside our country).
- 5 days off per year, in addition to the main vacation.
- Benefits cafeteria: each employee has a monetary deposit of 25,000 rubles – you can use it for a gym membership, training, entertainment, consultations with psychologists and other specialists, or to purchase items or gifts for yourself and your family.
