We are looking for a UX Researcher who will help the product team find ideas for the development of our services.
Responsibilities
- Help the product team test hypotheses about user behavior and make data-driven decisions based on research
- Choose the appropriate research method based on the team's goals and objectives
- Conduct discovery research and explore new directions
- Develop a research culture within the company
- Find answers to user-related questions for decision-making and facilitate discussions, including using the results of previous research
- Jointly optimize the research process to deliver results on time, when needed by the business
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in UX research
- Knowledge and experience in conducting core research methods
- Conducting research from task definition to applying results
- High-quality execution of UX tests and user interviews
- Knowledge in theory or application of other research methods
- Ability to find common ground with others and work in a team
- Enjoy analyzing and structuring large volumes of information, drawing conclusions
