UX/UI Researcher

Aytulabs is creating a communication platform for business: omnichannel contacts, voice/video, CRM integrations. We are “reinventing telecom” — adding modern UX patterns where it was previously difficult and inconvenient.

We are looking for the second UX/UI researcher to join our product team. This person will help us understand user behavior, their product satisfaction, move faster with a large volume of feedback, and transform insights into relevant epics and User Stories.

Responsibilities

• identify and describe opportunities for new products/features based on research: interviews, surveys, competitive and benchmark analysis;
• formulate and test hypotheses about user needs using qualitative and quantitative methods;
• build and maintain a system for regular collection of user feedback; aggregate insights and initiate UX improvements;
• prepare expert materials and present research results.

Requirements

• 3+ years of independent research in digital products and cases where your insights influenced metrics/decisions;
• confident selection of research methods for the task;
• skill in transforming "raw" observations into clear and measurable recommendations;
• experience with product analytics, basic SQL queries — a plus.

Conditions

• employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, accredited IT company;
• remote and flexible: core hours 10:00–19:00 (can be earlier/later);
• strong team, quick decisions, minimal bureaucracy, and direct access to stakeholders;
