Requirements: • Experience in independently conducting research from brief to presentation of findings • Experience working with B2C and B2B products and audiences • Fluent English: research participants are English-speaking, moderation and presentations are in English • Ability to transform requests from sales, support, marketing, and analytics into testable research questions • High quality bar: correct methods, structured methodology, predictable timelines, ethical conduct • Confident use of AI tools for operational tasks and synthesis (guides, notes, tagging, survey drafts)
