About the Teams

We are looking for researchers for the Marking and Extern teams.

Marking is a service that helps entrepreneurs, manufacturers, and large enterprises label goods in the "Chestny Znak" system.

Extern is an electronic reporting system that helps accountants interact with regulatory authorities electronically.

Tasks

— Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with respondents from the b2b segment;

— Manage research at all stages: understand the client's request, formulate research goals and hypotheses, select methods, attract respondents independently and with the help of recruiters, analyze results, and present findings;

— Use various research methods: interviews, surveys, observation, usability testing, desk research.

We Expect

— At least two years of experience as a UX researcher in a product team;

— Experience of close collaboration with a development team, understanding of product development processes, roles within it, and the basics of the product approach;

— Experience conducting qualitative research. Experience conducting quantitative research or theoretical knowledge of it will be a plus;

— Experience with b2b research;

— Experience working with research processes within a team;

— Ability to brief clients, an active and proactive attitude. Ability to argue your position and be on the user's side;
