☑️ Responsibilities -Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with respondents from the b2b segment -Manage research at all stages: receive requests from the client, formulate research goals and hypotheses, select methods, recruit respondents independently and with the help of recruiters, analyze results and present findings -Use a variety of research methods: interviews, surveys, observation, usability testing, desk research

☑️ Candidate Requirements -At least two years of experience as a UX Researcher in a product team -Experience working closely with a development team, understanding product development processes, roles within them, and the basics of a product approach -Experience conducting qualitative research. Experience conducting quantitative research or theoretical knowledge of it will be a plus -Experience working in b2b or with multiple user personas in b2c -Experience with research processes within a team -Ability to brief the client, proactive and initiative. Ability to justify your position and be on the user's side
