Middle Product Designer

Hi! I'm looking for a middle product designer to join my team.

Main tasks are usual:

• design new features for a B2B product, based on requirements from product managers and design department standards • simplify the current interface based on existing research and analytics data

We are rebuilding the design function in the company and are looking for someone who is ready to grow actively with the team. On our part:

• we will teach you to create clickable prototypes in code and work systemically with a team AI space (skills, agents, orchestrators, MCP, etc.) • we will show you how to implement components and patterns, increasing product consistency (in our team, there's a person who managed the design system of a product with an annual audience of 1.65 million.) • a UX researcher will help you master in-depth research, usability testing, surveys, and other research methods (she came to us from Kontur and knows her stuff)

We prioritize a candidate from Moscow who is willing to come to the office twice a week. However, we will also consider a designer from another Russian city if they are outstanding.

I believe that the profession is changing significantly: AI will take over routine operational tasks, and we will spend more time interacting with users, expertly reviewing prototypes, and working closer to the code. We are already adapting to these new realities and are looking for like-minded individuals.
