Senior Product Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Hi! We are the Cloud.ru product design team. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team to work on the Evolution platform services within the Managed RAG team.

— Develop user interface designs — Participate in research and improve current solutions — Prepare your mockups for handover to developers — Monitor the quality of interfaces after implementation by developers — Analyze data and interpret it together with analysts — Develop and improve the design system together with the entire design team — Participate in team-wide activities, such as design reviews, retrospectives, design system meetings, and training events.

REQUIREMENTS

Managed RAG is a cloud service for enriching a language model with user data. You can upload files to the storage: the service will independently provide the language model with up-to-date information from documents to generate accurate answers. The service is suitable for chatbots, customer support, and other tasks. Tasks will come not only from the Managed RAG team but also from the related AI Agents team (a service for creating AI agents that work autonomously. AI agents can analyze information, learn from data, plan actions, and adapt to changing environmental conditions).

We are actively working on improving the client experience. The company is growing rapidly, and to meet client expectations, we are looking for someone who can make the client's journey with our services simple and understandable.

How to know if you're a good fit:

— You have worked as a designer in a product company for more than 3 years — You know how to balance business requirements and user convenience — You have strong technical skills — you understand the structure of front-end/back-end — Experience with cloud platforms or experience working on software development projects will be a big plus — You are not afraid of new and complex challenges — almost all tasks will come raw, and you will have to communicate a lot with product managers, analysts, and users — Ready to work in a startup mode — able to adapt quickly to changes, make decisions in conditions of uncertainty — You can create quick concepts — able to generate ideas and implement them into mockups in the shortest possible time — You know how and love to conduct research — at a confident level — Confidently work in Figma — work with components and styles, know how to build design systems, use Auto Layouts, and master all basic functionality — You can prepare mockups for handover to developers — pay attention to the spacing system, check the relevance of components and styles, consult with developers in advance about the feasibility of the mockup, and can write clear documentation for the mockup — You possess attention to detail and accuracy — keep mockups, fonts, icons, etc. clean — You create good UI that is consistent with modern trends.
