Currently, we are changing how our product looks and feels. The goal is to grow as a wellness brand in the US and European markets, moving away from a classic dietary supplement online store towards a premium service. Design is at the center of this transformation. We are looking for someone to join our e-com department who will make the product visually strong and assemble design system components so that they can be used for rapid prototyping, not just documentation.
We are currently seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design interfaces with an emphasis on strong, modern UI – this is priority #1.
- Search for references and analyze best solutions on the market (premium wellness/e-commerce), transforming them into concrete UI solutions for our screens.
- Build and develop a design system – components and, most importantly, organisms (screen patterns built from components), not an abstract architecture of tokens.
- Propose a redesign/update of the personal account: dashboards, tables, structural matrices.
- Prepare mockups for handover to development, conduct design reviews – ensure that the implementation matches the design.
- Work closely with product managers on business requirements.
- Prototype mockups, experiment with design in code, and present new solutions to the team.
Our Expectations:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing strong UI examples and explanations of the process.
- Expert proficiency in Figma: Auto-layout, Components, Variants.
- Strong visual sense – ability to quickly find and adapt relevant references for a given task.
- Analytical mindset – ability to justify decisions, not just rely on personal preference.
- Independence – ability to take ownership of a task and see it through to release without constant supervision.
