Job Description
MTS Web Services (MWS) is a big tech company providing cloud, AI services, and platform solutions for various business tasks, from data management to product development and process optimization. We have also launched a new public platform of our own development – MWS Cloud Platform.
We are looking for a strong product designer to join the E-com team, focusing on the personal offers showcase (MTS Shop). You will be responsible for a wide range of design tasks within the My MTS mobile application and on the mts.ru website, improving current e-commerce scenarios and designing new functionality in accordance with platform standards.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze current user experience and UX research results
- Design interfaces and develop user scenarios for mobile applications and websites (Web, Mobile web, iOS, Android)
- Participate in research: formulate hypotheses, validate with Product Owners, prepare prototypes
- Develop new features, simplify and improve existing functionality
- Work with the component library (Figma)
- Collaborate with development teams, support design implementation, conduct design reviews
- Interact with UX researchers, CJ experts, UX editor
What We Expect
- 3+ years of experience in a product team
- Portfolio showcasing mobile and web interfaces (mobile app or mobile site)
- Knowledge of iOS and Android platform guidelines, basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Systemic and critical thinking, ability to design complex scenarios with multiple conditions
- Understanding the relationship between design and architectural/development capabilities
- Product-oriented approach to problem-solving, validating solutions through research
- Understanding of product metrics
- Strong visual awareness and understanding of modern design trends (composition, typography, animation, product presentation)
- Black belt in Figma
