- Work on real user needs — from buying a car and looking for housing to searching for a job or traveling
- Participate in full product cycles: from research and prototyping to launch and result analysis
- Solve real-world problems — work not with training mockups, but with actual projects that improve the experience for over 60 million users
- Gather feedback from users and the team, improve solutions
- Improve and develop existing products: optimize UX, enhance functionality, and add new features
- Create logical, convenient, and visually appealing interfaces
- Interact with development at all stages of product work
Requirements:
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week remotely or in a hybrid format
- Studying in the 2nd–4th year of a Bachelor's degree program, 4th–6th year of a Specialist degree program, or holding a diploma in a technical, mathematical, or IT specialty
- Ability to work with a design system: adhere to it or develop it
- Ability to build convenient user scenarios
- Understanding of UX and visual design fundamentals: hierarchy, contrast, grid, typography
- Understanding of layout fundamentals and the ability to present information clearly and structurally
- Minimal teamwork experience (preferably in product development)
- Portfolio with case studies that clearly describe the tasks and decisions made
- Attention to detail
