Responsibilities

• Design new product scenarios and improve existing ones
• Conduct research and test hypotheses
• Design user scenarios, prototypes, and interfaces
• Work with metrics and participate in product decision-making
• Develop and maintain the design system together with the team

Requirements

• Product design experience of three years or more
• Ability to design complex user scenarios
• Strong UX, systems thinking, and data-driven skills
• Proficient in Figma and design systems
• Experience working in a product team with development and analytics
• Motion design skills, creating animations for interfaces
• Hybrid work mode — Moscow or Saint Petersburg
