Vacancy Description

Design and develop components and libraries of the design system;
Systematically design architecture: from fundamentals with design tokens and library structure to an atomic approach with typed component design;
Implement AI tools into the product: Figma mcp-server, rag structure for libraries, agents, and bots;
Participate in RnD: research new approaches to creating design systems, search for product technologies, create quick MVPs for testing new functionality;
Maintain UI/UX consistency across products through the design system;
Compile and format documentation with examples of design system usage, prepare specifications for development, and interact with developers (web / mobile);
Participate in the public life of the product: announce updates, demo new features for teams, etc.

More than 4 years of experience in product design, with at least two years of experience with design systems;
Systems thinking — design not just a component, but a system;
Deep understanding of UI/UX, strong design eye, confident experience with Figma, understanding of frontend architecture (React / iOS / Android);
Experience synchronizing design with code (storybook, npm, sdk);
Confident experience in digital development: conduct research, gather references, collect missing information, survey users, and provide solutions;
Developed soft skills: you will be the face of the product used by professional designers and developers, you need to be able to negotiate and withstand criticism.
