Senior Designer
A Senior Designer is not an "artist," but a visual strategist who works to grow the business. They are responsible for how the brand looks and "sounds" in the digital environment — from banners and stories to landing pages and email newsletters. Their main KPI is not "beauty," but "engagement and sales."
Requirements:
- The candidate must understand how a layout behaves on different devices. A Senior Designer plans grids and display logic for all key breakpoints (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- They design not a "picture," but a user journey: clearly understanding where and how the user will take the next step. Visual hierarchy and CTA buttons are placed consciously, not by intuition.
- Proficient level in Figma is required — including Auto Layout, Variants, working with components and libraries. Experience in building a Design System / UI kit for the online environment. Basic understanding of the limitations of constructor platforms (Tilda, Webflow).
- For online design, not static "beauty" is important, but consistency and working in conjunction with product and analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop visual concepts for digital campaigns: landing pages, banners, stories, promotional materials, email newsletters.
- Build and maintain a UI library and component system in Figma, ensuring consistency and scalability of solutions.
- Adapt creatives for different digital platforms (VK, Telegram, YouTube, website) considering their technical requirements: formats, cropping, file sizes, display specifics.
- Formulate and test hypotheses for improving CTR and CR together with the product and marketing team, relying on data and metrics when making decisions.
