Role Mission

To make the Zvuk experience seamless across all surfaces — Web, TV, CarPlay/Android Auto, Watch, smart devices, and integrations with ecosystem services. You will define cross-platform design principles, translate product strategy into native solutions for each environment, and be responsible for quality, accessibility, and time-to-market.

Why This Position Exists

We are continuing to expand the product to new platforms, building integrations with ecosystem services, and maintaining a high standard of quality and security for interfaces in various scenarios. The scope and complexity of platform tasks have grown — we need a design lead who will take responsibility for the integrity of the experience across all surfaces: align patterns, synchronize teams, and accelerate feature delivery. You will work in a platform team alongside the application team and cross-functional streams.

What You Will Do

• Lead the platform design direction: formulate the approach, align principles and patterns, and shape a unified interface language across all surfaces.
• Design cross-platform scenarios considering platform limitations and their guidelines.
• Develop and adapt the design system for new environments: components, tokens, behavior, animation, accessibility.
• Work closely with the application team and cross-functional teams, quickly test hypotheses, and bring solutions to release.
• Oversee quality: design reviews, pattern consistency, and control compliance with platform requirements.

What We Expect You to Have

• Strong product background, end-to-end cases from problem definition to measurable results;
• ability to balance speed, quality, and impact on metrics.
• Cross-platform thinking and experience in system design. You can develop a design system and introduce new patterns without increasing entropy.
• Understanding of platform limitations, APIs/SDKs, and guidelines (CarPlay/Android Auto, watchOS/Wear OS, web stack).
• Supervision and leadership without formal people management.
