Product Designer

Responsibilities
- Design key scenarios in the Android app and on the web: main sections, onboarding, recommendations, promotions, re-engagement mechanics
- Invent and develop game and motivational mechanics (challenges, achievements, progress, collections, etc.) for engagement and retention
- Work with metrics: form hypotheses with the product team, launch A/B tests, analyze data, and refine solutions
- Closely collaborate with product managers, developers, and researchers to achieve tangible product growth, not just "pretty mockups"
Requirements
- Middle-level designer with over three years of experience in product teams
- Experience designing for Android is a plus
- A portfolio is required, preferably with cases (mobile, web) related to engagement and retention (growth, engagement, retention)
- Systems thinking: ability to connect screens into a cohesive user journey and understand how UX/UI changes affect metrics
- Strong visual taste and polished UI, attention to detail and animation
- Experience with gamification and willingness to experiment with new mechanics
- Ability to work in conditions of high uncertainty, communicate productively with team members, helping to find the best solution
