Lead Product Designer for Goods
About the team: We help people buy and sell personal items, electronics, construction materials, business equipment — and much more. We are developing the product catalog, expanding delivery, and making the transaction process easy and secure.
Examples of future tasks:
- Develop the product across all platforms (website, native iOS and Android mobile apps), be responsible for the entire process of creating interface solutions;
- Participate in organizing processes within the design team, foster design culture;
- Collaborate with the team to communicate with users and integrate research into the design process: conduct hallway tests, in-depth interviews, A/B tests, and any others that will help understand user needs and problems;
- Review mockups and mentor designers;
- Propose bold ideas, influence the product through design initiatives;
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, product managers, illustrators, UX writers, the design team, and marketers.
It would be great if you:
- Have at least five years of product experience;
- Have experience in continuous product improvement and solving complex problems;
- Possess a strong visual aesthetic that you can showcase through your compelling portfolio;
- Have leadership qualities and can be a mentor and visionary for the team;
- Have experience in building design processes and design culture;
- Have worked with research on real projects and know how to validate interface solutions;
- Have experience with native applications and the web;
- Are independent;
- Are attentive to your writing and language;
- Are ready to take responsibility for your decisions and work
