What you'll be doing:
We are looking for a leader who is ready to stand alongside five strong designers. One of the key tasks will be to tackle complex cases together, find non-standard solutions, and achieve great results. However, this vacancy is not purely about management; it's important for us that you are a strong designer and can work hands-on when the situation requires it.
This team is responsible for projects such as the loyalty program, wardrobe, shopping cart and checkout development, and interaction with beloved brands. These projects are at various stages, but all require attention.
In the next couple of years, Lamoda's product will be actively updated, so you have an excellent opportunity to participate in this process.
- Lead a team of 5 product designers, develop their expertise, and support their professional growth;
- Conduct design reviews, participate in analyzing complex product cases, and help the team find strong solutions;
- Set high standards for design quality and user experience;
- Collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, and development teams;
- If necessary, independently participate in interface design and complex scenario development;
- Participate in the development of design processes and the scaling of the design system.
What we expect:
- Experience managing a team of designers of 3+ people;
- Strong expertise in UI design combined with developed product thinking;
- Experience designing complex digital products (web/mobile);
- Ability to make decisions based on user and business metrics;
- Willingness to take responsibility for team and product results;
- Excellent communication and cross-functional team collaboration skills;
- Portfolio required with implemented products and cases.
