We are looking for a Lead Client Product Designer at Yandex Lavka.
Yandex Lavka is no longer just about 15-minute deliveries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing the Lavka app: you will be responsible for the design of the Lavka app and will develop it alongside the art director, with a broad scope of responsibility.
- Team management: you will lead a team of 4–5 product designers, nurturing their growth, providing guidance, managing workload, and evaluating their performance.
- Curating work and creating designs: you will oversee the tasks of the designer team and personally work on some areas, so it’s important to be comfortable with hands-on design.

- You value the visual aspect and create aesthetically pleasing solutions.
- You are proactive: you care about your product and team, and you initiate improvements.
