Vacancy: Design Lead at Lamoda

Hi everyone! 🖖 I'm looking for a leader who is ready to stand alongside five strong designers. We will be tackling complex cases, finding non-standard solutions, and of course, achieving great results. 🫂 However, this vacancy is not purely about management; it's important for us that you are a strong designer and can work hands-on when the situation requires it.

This team is responsible for areas such as the loyalty program, virtual wardrobe and fitting room, cart and checkout, and interaction with beloved brands.

In the near future, we plan to actively update the Lamoda product, so you have an excellent opportunity to participate in this process.

A few words about the requirements: • Experience managing a design team (from 3 people) • High level of UI, without losing product thinking • Speed and quality • We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking responsibility • Portfolio link
