Insurance has historically been one of the most tedious areas in the market: legal wording, conditions and exclusions in fine print that nobody wants to delve into, and a constant feeling that you're being cheated somewhere. Zabota is changing that. It makes insurance simple, fast, and understandable — like buying juice at Lavka. The project is already large — and it will continue to grow. Zabota was initially launched as an experiment, and now it's integrated within Taxi, Maps, Market, and Afisha, issuing 100,000 policies per day. Meanwhile, the Zabota team is small but effective. No confusing intermediaries: you'll work directly with managers, marketing, product teams, and teams from other services. In short, this is an excellent challenge in a good team and with a great product: not so small that there's complete chaos, and not so large that everything is already set in stone.
