The FinTech platform akjet.kz team is looking for a Part-time (remote)!🚀 Product/UX/UI Designer
We automate payments, document flow, and taxes for working with self-employed individuals in Kazakhstan. Our product is actively growing, so we are looking for a strong and autonomous designer who is ready to enhance our interfaces.
What needs to be done:
- Design Web/App interfaces: manage the entire cycle from logic and User Flow to the final UI of mobile and web applications.
- Develop the website: create designs for landing pages and multi-page corporate websites.
- Scale the style: work with the current guideline, develop it, and create new concepts from scratch.
- Prototype and present: create interactive mockups and defend your solutions in calls with clients and the team.
- Assist marketing: occasionally design presentations or graphics for products.
What we expect from you:
- 2+ years of experience in interface design, confirmed by a portfolio.
- "Figma God" level: component-based approach, styles, variants, Auto Layout, and ideal layout culture (logical naming, clear nesting, order in layers).
- Autonomy and maturity: we don't like micromanagement. We expect you to be able to decompose tasks, ask the right questions, and transparently communicate your progress.
- Flexibility of thinking: equally high-quality and focused design of both complex UX flows and routine tasks (e.g., adding a couple of fields to the back office).
- Awareness: knowledge of current patterns and interface trends.
➕ A huge plus would be: experience with Webflow and 3D skills.
