reKassa is looking for a UX/UI Designer for the team.
What you will do:
- Design scenarios for the mobile application: onboarding, registration, payment processing, and other processes;
- Simplify complex product logic and create intuitive interfaces without unnecessary steps;
- Conduct quick usability tests and validate solutions with real users;
- Prepare mockups for handover to development;
- Maintain order in files, components, and the design system;
- Analyze current scenarios and identify opportunities for improvement.
What is important:
- 2-3 years of experience working on digital products;
- Experience in fintech, B2B, or complex services will be an advantage;
- Ability to think in terms of systems and user scenarios, not just individual screens;
- Excellent proficiency in Figma;
- Knowledge of basic principles of iOS and Android mobile platforms;
- Ability to think through not only the main user flow but also errors, connection interruptions, empty states, and other edge cases;
- Independence, responsibility, and attention to detail;
- Ability to justify your decisions and interact effectively with the product team and developers.
Salary – from 400,000 ₸ net.
